Albert Tzeng

Associate Fellow, National Policy Foundation; Senior Consultant, New Taipei Cultural Foundation

Albert Tzeng is an associate fellow at the National Policy Foundation and a senior consultant with the New Taipei Cultural Foundation. He is a trained sociologist and a former International Institute for Asian Studies-Institute of Southeast Asian Studies fellow. He was previously the editorial director of Initium Media, chief curator of CNEX Doc channel, and a new media consultant of udn.com. He was also a senior executive in the New Taipei City Government, an adviser to the KMT chair, and a consultant for various institutions including the Taiwan Design Research Institute, Fair Winds Foundation and Silverlight Innovation Association.
