The Berlin Pulse

Foreign policy publication, Germany

The Berlin Pulse is published annually on the occasion of the Berlin Foreign Policy Forum and is the Körber Foundation (Körber-Stiftung)'s guide to German foreign policy.

The Berlin Pulse contrasts perspectives on German foreign policy by high-ranking international authors with current German public opinion based on representative surveys. Both the domestic and international expectations focus on the most pressing international challenges Germany currently faces. They elaborate on what German international responsibility should entail.
