Chen Jingwei is a senior economist with a doctorate in finance, and is currently the Deputy Director of the Investment and Financing Research Centre and Associate Researcher, Institute of Finance and Banking at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He has nearly 30 years of experience in economics and financial research, with his main focus including financial markets, financial regulation, investment funds, and banking risk management. He has written articles for various publications, including Finance and Trade Economics, People's Daily and Economic Daily.
