Dr Xu Chengwei is an assistant professor at the Public Management and Policy Analysis (PMPP) department at the International University of Japan (IUJ). Prior to joining IUJ, he was a research fellow at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). His research interests include behavioural public administration, smart cities, health policies, taxation, foreign investments in the South and East and Pacific Region, and public governance.
