Lin Kai Min is President of the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Malaysia (TWCHAM), the only non-governmental organisation serving the interests of Taiwan investors in the country. The organisation has actively responded to Taiwan's New Southbound Policy (NSP) and maintained extensive exchanges with Malaysia in the fields of trade, education, investment, technology, tourism, medical care, and agriculture.
