Victor Ha is a Young Leader at the Pacific Forum. He holds an International Master’s in Security, Intelligence and Strategic Studies from the University of Glasgow. He has conducted research projects at the International Institute for Strategic Studies, Macquarie University, and the National University of Singapore.
