Zeng Yongchang is a retired economist who was formerly with the Ministry of Land and Resources in Sichuan and the Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences. His research areas include land economics, property economics, and the cultural and tourism economy.

China’s overreliance on land finance could lead to its downfall
