Chargé d’Affaires ad interim, Chinese embassy in Singapore

Mr Zhang Xumin is Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of the Chinese embassy in Singapore. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China in 1998. He has worked in the Chinese embassy in the Netherlands, the Commissioner's Office of China's Foreign Ministry in the Hong Kong SAR, and the Mission of China to the EU. He was appointed Minister in the Chinese embassy in Singapore in 2020.
