Tan Eng Teck

Eng Teck obtained his degree in Taiwan in the early 1990s. He previously worked in Yazhou Zhoukan in Hong Kong as news sub-editor, and witnessed the handover of the colony. He was based in Shanghai as Zaobao’s correspondent when the city held the 2010 World Expo.
