Alexander L. Vuving

Dr. Alexander L. Vuving is a professor at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in Honolulu, USA. His research is focused on the evolution of great power politics, the rise of China, state behaviour, soft power, historical learning, Vietnamese politics and foreign policy and the South China Sea issue. He is an editorial board member of the journals Asian Politics & Policy and Global Discourse.
