Barbara Kelemen

Barbara Kelemen is a non-resident research fellow at the Central European Institute of Asian Studies (CEIAS). Her research focuses on China's security policy and counter-terrorism strategy, and her work has been published by various outlets internationally. She also works as an Asia Pacific research associate for a risk management consultancy based in London.
