Courtney Fu Rong
Adjunct Assistant Professor, Chinese Studies Department, NUSCourtney Fu Rong is an adjunct assistant professor at the Chinese Studies Department of the National University of Singapore. She also teaches at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (under the Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences pillar) and the School of Fashion at Lasalle College of the Arts. Her research interests include Chinese fashion history, Singapore fashion history, decolonial fashion discourse, Confucianism and dress culture, gender and dress politics, and Chinese women history.
