Kennie Ting
Author, historianKennie Ting is an author, historian and photographer with an interest in port cities, Singapore heritage, Asian art and architecture. He was the former director of the Asian Civilisations Museum and the Peranakan Museum in Singapore, and also the former group director of Museums at the National Heritage Board, Singapore. His most recent book, The Great Port Cities of Asia: In History, takes the reader on a journey to sixty port cities in Asia and through two thousand years of maritime history.
