Non-Resident Senior Fellow, East Asian InstituteBert Hofman is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the East Asian Institute (EAI) at National University of Singapore (NUS). He was previously the Director of EAI and Professor of Practice at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy from June 2019 to December 2023. Before joining NUS, he was with the World Bank for 27 years, and also worked at the Kiel Institute of World Economics, The OECD and NMB Bank (Now ING).
