Dr Xu Chengwei is an assistant professor in the Public Management and Policy Analysis department at the International University of Japan (IUJ). Before joining IUJ, he served as a research fellow at Nanyang Technological University. His research interests include public governance, public policy and international political economy, with a particular focus on foreign investments in the Asia-Pacific region.
