Madoka Fukuda
Professor, Faculty of Law, Hosei UniversityMadoka Fukuda is a professor of international politics and China studies in the Department of Global Politics at the Faculty of Law, Hosei University. She earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in media and governance from Keio University. Previously, she studied in the doctoral program at the Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies at National Cheng-Chi University, supported by a Taiwan Scholarship. Her expertise lies in the PRC’s diplomacy and Cross-Strait relations in the post-WWII era.
