Emeritus Professor, Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of SingaporeOng Choon Nam is an Emeritus Professor at Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore (NUS), and a Visiting Professor at the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He obtained his higher degrees in the UK, and taught at NUS for many years. When the Singapore government was developing NEWater, he was appointed as the Chairman of the International Expert Panel.
