Zhao Xiuye

Zhao Xiuye is a PhD candidate at the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University. He is also a pre-doctoral fellow at the Centre for Contemporary China and the World at the University of Hong Kong. He also has extensive experience in subnational diplomacy, think tank, and government relations in both China and the US.
