Associate Law Professor, Beijing Foreign Studies UniversityGu Bin is an associate law professor at the Beijing Foreign Studies University. He used to work with the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, and the Chinese Ministry of Finance. Gu has written extensively on the theme of China’s approach towards global economic governance, focusing on the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and the Belt and Road Initiative. His areas of interest include WTO law, law of international financial organisations, international investment agreement law and global economic governance.
