Joseph Chinyong Liow

Joseph Chinyong Liow is a senior research advisor at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, dean of the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, and the Tan Kah Kee Chair Professor of Comparative and International Politics at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He is also the chairman of the Middle East Institute at the National University of Singapore. His research interests encompass Muslim politics and social movements in Southeast Asia and the geopolitics and geoeconomics of the Asia Pacific region.
